Our favorite experts in all things dairy, Unbottled shared with us the best packable snacks, fit for any outdoor excursion:

To start your day right, a jar of overnight oats or a yogurt parfait gives your body the fuel it needs to wake up and get started.

Once you’ve reached your destination, take a well-earned snack break with ready-to-go cheeses or yogurt, complemented with fresh fruits and protein-packed nuts.

At the end of your adventure, to help your body restore its muscles and energy, reach for a glass of nourishing milk and some slices of local artisanal cheeses.
