Boise
A Boise staple, The STIL started humbly at their Broad St. location, and has quickly expanded into multiple locations. Their signature flavors are available in some local grocery stores. Another popular Boise ice cream shop is Goody’s Soda Fountain. Since 1997, the Hyde Park parlor and its handmade ice cream and soda has been a Boise tradition. If you’re craving something a little different, check Blue Cow Frozen Yogurt. Their cozy shop in the East End of Boise is a great place to walk, bike, or drive to for a creamy dessert.

Meridian
What once was farmland, Meridian is now home to thousands of Treasure Valley residents and many fantastic ice cream shops. Amid downtown Meridian’s original building, Truffles, Etc. serves up ice cream, house-made chocolates, and other sweet treats. No one has farm-to-fridge ice cream perfected like Reed’s Dairy. Their classic and seasonal scoops are sourced from dairy farms in Eastern Idaho and brought to the Valley for us to enjoy.
