A second location of the local Boise brewery Western Collective, Western Proper is an all-encompassing space for entertainment. Bringing together food, parlour games, music, coffee, spirits, and of course, beer, Western Proper is an entirely new world-class experience for residents of the Treasure Valley and visiting tourists.

"We wanted Western Proper to be approachable yet elevated," said co-founder Melissa Levick.
While touring Western Proper, Melissa mentioned that the intention of Western Proper is to be a place where everyone feels welcome — date nights, casual hangouts, game nights, and brunches, to name a few.
Western Proper has indoor dining for up to 300 people, an outdoor patio that seats 50 people, communal dining options, two bars, lounge areas, and fourteen 75" inch TVs for sports enthusiasts.
As with their first location, every detail of Western Proper is intentional - from the multiple wallpaper prints designed by independent artists to the curated vintage furniture selection, to the hand-crafted cocktails and meticulously detailed food menus. When Western Collective opened three years ago, it quickly became known for its Western chic environment, and you can expect nothing less at Western Proper.
Creating nothing short of excellence, Western Proper's elevated food (coming soon), drinks, and striking Deco Western decor not only bring patrons in, but it entices them to stay.

Cowboy Bar
To the right of the entrance, the Cowboy Bar is the perfect cocktail lounge for after-work drinks or to start date night. Fitting into the western theme, the cowboy-centric bar seats 60 in total including 18 patrons around the bar and 25 on the patio side. The Cowboy Bar is a great space for those looking to grab a handcrafted cocktail by one of Boise's best bartenders.
