Chinden Boulevard is known for being Garden City’s prime location for local breweries and wineries. Garden City’s newest brewery and kitchen, Twisted District Brew Co. is now open for business!
Twisted District Brewer, Bud Mohr, talked about his eagerness to join the businesses in Garden City.
“I want to compliment, not compete,” said Mohr.
Twisted District’s 3,000 sq. ft. space is decorated with conex walls, a rollup garage door, and plans for a patio –– inspired to match the unique vibe of Garden City.
While they are still experimenting with flavors and styles, Twisted District is anticipated to have 12 beers on tap, 2 featured wines, and 2 featured ciders.

Twisted District Brats and Dogs
That’s right, Twisted District is dishing up brats and hotdogs as tasty menu items –– without the use of fryers, grills, or griddles. Using a new approach to cooking, their menu items have less fats and oils. Twisted District also caters to vegetarian and vegan preferences.
“We’ve also sourced locally for a lot of items, ” said co-owner Greta Mohr.
Using Kula Connection’s vegan cheese, they also feature ciders from Meriwether Cider House and Split Rail Wine.
COVID-19 Protocols
With a soft opening until further notice, Twisted District plans to follow all COVID-19 protocols such as spacious seating, masks, and self checkouts.
Twisted District will be family accessible with curfews limitations. COVID-19 has put a strain on many local businesses, we can’t help but be excited to see new businesses open! Welcome to the Garden City Family!
