Last updated February 25, 2019 by Totally Boise

Originating in 2012, Treefort has since grown into a diverse festival that now incorporates aspects of music, food, beer, comedy, stories, tech, film, and yoga. Treefort was even named City of Boise’s Cultural Ambassador for being an event that represents Boise in the most positive light. Boise is a city that values community and creativity, and by bringing major artists and influential people from all over, Treefort allows Boise to shine and share with others what it’s all about.

Alefort

Much like that of the diverse music lineup, Alefort will have various different types of beer, cider, and food. From local and regional breweries, you can expect the best of the best.

  • Freemont Brewing (Seattle, WA)
  • New Belgium Brewing (Fort Collins, CO)
  • Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (Paso Robles, CA)
  • Lost Grove Brewing (Boise, ID)
  • Payette Brewing (Boise, ID)
  • Shacksbury Cider (Vergennes, VT)

Those are just a few of what to expect. Something else to note this year is that instead of beer being organized by brewery, they will be organized by flavor and story profile. Alefort is focused this year on showing its attendees how to love and appreciate beer with its new layout.

Comedyfort

Across numerous locations, you can check out stand-up comedians from all over. Liquid Laughs will be the main destination, but you can also check out the Main Stage, Woodland Empire, and the Owyhee Tavern. Pop in for some serious belly laughs and drinks!

Food Fort 2018
